VTW-4532-1 RAPID CURE HIGH TEMPERATURE VM TOPCOAT
DESCRIPTION VTW-4532-1 Rapid Curing High Heat VM Topcoat has been designed for use on general purpose interior surface finishing applications. Among its attributes, VTW-4532-1 delivers extremely low foaming properties and requires relatively short cure times at low temperatures. In addition, VTW-4532-1 exhibits very good specularity, plate adhesion and optical properties.

COATING PROPERTIES For flow Coat and Dip: Reduce 1:2, or as much as 1:3 with water. For Spray: Reduce 1:1, or as much as 1:2 with water. CURE CYCLE Flash off 5 minutes. Cure to a minimum part temperature of 285 degrees F., for 15 minutes. STORAGE Store in tightly sealed containers, at ambient temperatures. Protect from moisture, evaporation and foreign materials. Process ability of this product can be adversely affected by evaporation and contamination. SHELF LIFE 6 months, provided materials are kept in sealed original containers under specified conditions. Storage beyond this period can produce higher viscosities. AVAILABILITY VTW-4532-1 is available in 5 and 55 gallon epoxy phenolic lined steel containers.
