DESCRIPTION
RCB-152-2 U.V. Cure CD/V Metallizing Basecoat is ideally suited for the coatings application of most vaporized metals, including Chrome. Among it's attributes, RCB-152-2 offers outstanding plate adhesion, superb brilliance and above average distortion characteristics.
Due to its outstanding flow and exceptional depth of field, this product aids in the coverage of many substrate surface imperfections, making it ideal for use in a wide variety of applications. RCB-152-2 is intended for use in the finishing of ABS, PC, PC/ABS, Acrylic, Valox and primed or pretreated Polypropylene, Polystyrene, TPO and Nylon Plastics.

Do not reduce. Apply as is.
APPLICATION
Method: Apply by conventional and HVLP Spray.
CURE CYCLE
Flash off 15 minutes at ambient temperatures (or) Flash off 5 minutes under IR lamps. Cure at a minimum of 860 mj cm/sq.
STORAGE
Store in tightly sealed containers, at ambient temperatures. Protect from moisture, evaporation and foreign materials. Process ability of this product can be adversely affected by evaporation and contamination.
SHELF LIFE
12 months, provided materials are kept in sealed original containers under specified conditions. Storage beyond this period can produce higher viscosities.
