VACUUM METALLIZING COATINGS - VB-4136

VB-4136 HIGH HEAT VACUUM METALLIZING BASECOAT

DESCRIPTION

VB-4136 is a Fast Cure, High Heat Vacuum Metallizing Basecoat that is ideally suited for both Basecoat and Topcoat applications. Among its attributes, VB-4136 offers rapid curing (under 15 minutes) and adheres equally well to un-primed and untreated Steel and Zinc Die Cast as well as high heat resistant plastics like Valox and Nylon.

In addition, VB-4136 offers relatively high build and superb leveling characteristics, aiding in its ability to cover a great majority of substrate surface imperfections, such as stress marks on Metal. VB-4136 delivers outstanding brilliance, gloss, flow, specularity, humidity and salt spray resistance, and offers very good flexibility as well as mar resistance. VB-4136 remains clear, water white after cure.
