GENERAL DESCRIPTION TH-13 is a fast flash off reducer blend containing Ketones and Glycol solvents. This solvent blend aids in set up times and helps to reduce the likelihood of runs. TH-13 is suggested for use in Acrylic, Urethane and most lacquer based paint systems.
