OTHER INFORMATION DOT Classification: Flammable Liquid (FL) HMIS Rating: 2-3-0 H-F-R HMIS RATING KEY H = Health F = Fire R = Reactivity 0 = Minimal Hazard 1 = Slight Hazard 2 = Moderate Hazard 3 = Serious Hazard 4 = Severe Hazard REDUCTION Due to the relatively low level of viscosity of this product, we recommend that application be made as is, without reduction. APPLICATION Mix: BQ-72 is a uniform solution. Pre-mixing is not required. Application: Apply by Roller Coat, Conventional and HVLP Spray. CURE CYCLE Flash off 10 minutes at ambient temperature, followed by a cure cycle of 180 - 220 degrees F. for 30 minutes. For fastest cure, flash off 10 minutes at ambient temperature, followed by a cure cycle of 8 minutes at 350 degrees F. STORAGE Store in tightly sealed containers, at ambient temperatures. Protect from moisture, evaporation and foreign materials. Process ability of this product can be adversely affected by evaporation and contamination. SHELF LIFE 12 months, provided materials are kept in sealed original containers under specified conditions. Storage beyond this period can produce higher viscosities. AVAILABILITY BQ-72 is available in 1, 5 and 55 gallon epoxy phenolic lined steel containers. Please contact Pearl Paints for ordering information. |
